Brand analysis is the first step in our brand strategy process. It provides the foundation for the later brand strategy. We look at both the current and historical aspects and performance of the brand (Brand Inventory) and also examine the brand’s style, both now and in the past (Brand Exventory).

The main task in building a brand and developing its identity is to create a clear and forward-looking position for the brand. This involves turning past successes into a trustworthy promise for the future. We also look at what makes the company unique, based on its history, and identify the strengths and themes it can credibly represent and develop further.

location analysis
For an initial location analysis, we first gather general information from trade magazines, databases, associations, and statistical offices. However, this information must be supplemented with our own research on-site. Personal or phone conversations with potential customers, suppliers, future competitors, local business groups, and city or town administrations can provide valuable insights.
